Drivers start between 47 and 60 cents per mile, with weekly averages ranging from 2,000 to 3,000+ miles. Those who exceed 3,000 miles per week earn an additional $0.01 per mile, while Pennsylvania and Northeast routes receive a $0.03 per mile premium.
Additional compensation is available for extra stops (dry van), detention, layovers, and breakdowns. We also offer a per diem pay option for tax advantages, and convenient direct deposit every week.
We believe in rewarding drivers who bring skill, safety, and commitment to the job. Our bonus programs include:
Sign-On Bonuses – $1,500 for Van Division, $2,500 for Flatbed Division, and $3,000 for Tanker Division
Referral Bonuses – Up to $1,500 for every qualified referral
Inspection Bonuses – $150 for a clean Level 1 inspection, $100 for Level 2, and $75 for Level 3

Coverage begins after 30 days, starting on the first of the month. Drivers can choose from two medical plans, along with dental, vision, prescription coverage, hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident insurance, and both short- and long-term disability. Each driver also receives one federally covered medical exam per year.
Driver Requirements
Safety and professionalism guide every mile we drive. To qualify, drivers must:
Hold a valid Class A CDL
Be at least 21 years old for interstate operations
Have two years of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience (training available for less experience)
Maintain a safe driving record: no more than three moving violations in the past three years and no serious violations during that time
Have no serious preventable crashes in the last three years, and no drug- or alcohol-related convictions, reckless driving violations, or DWIs in the last five years
Demonstrate stable employment history, with no more than three jobs in the past twelve months
